Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and an estimated time of arrival (ETA). This lets you stay updated as your package makes its way to you. Note that tracking updates may not display until the parcel is closer to delivery. If your order is delayed by over a week past the ETA without tracking updates, please reach out to us—we offer a money-back guarantee to ensure peace of mind with every purchase.

Tracking and Insurance

- Defective or Damaged Items: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days. We’ll cover return shipping fees and provide a replacement or refund. Note that claims made after the item has been installed or used will not be accepted.

Since we source unique products internationally, any additional charges are not included in your purchase price and are beyond our control. Order Placement
Orders can only be placed online as we don’t facilitate in-person sales or maintain a showroom.


Package Deliveries
If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the shipping company will leave your package in a safe spot. If there isn’t a secure location available, your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office or depot. You’ll receive a notification about where to collect it, so be sure to retrieve it promptly.


Incorrect Postal Address?
If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact our team before your order is dispatched. If a wrong address results in a returned parcel, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

We currently deliver only within Australia and cannot accommodate international orders or enquiries from overseas, at this time.
