Hey there, fellow gamers! At The Fun Vault, we’re all about enhancing your gaming experience. We get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to return an item. No worries! We’re here to make the process hassle-free and friendly. Here’s how our return policy works:
Return Window – 30 Days
You have 30 days from the date you received your product to request a return. We understand life gets busy, and we want to give you ample time.
Defective Or Damaged Items? We’ve Got You Covered!
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, report any issues HERE within 3 days. We’ll cover return shipping fees and either send you a new product or issue a refund. Claims made after product installation or use cannot be accepted.
Change Of Mind
Changed your mind? No problem! You’re welcome to return items in their original condition. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when received, in original packaging, and purchased within the last 30 days. Return shipping fees will be your responsibility.
Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a store credit so you can place a new order. Any price differences will be charged or refunded at that time.
Wrong Item Received? We’ll Make It Right!
If we sent you the wrong product or there was an error due to an incorrect photo or product description on our website, we’ll cover all related costs. We’ll send you the correct item or issue a full refund, including shipping charges. Please notify us within 30 days of delivery.
The Return And Refund Process
Here’s how to return an item:
1. Contact us HERE to request a return.
2. We’ll provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
3. Ship the item back to us, including the RMA number on the package.
4. Once processed, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days of confirmation, check with your bank, as processing times can vary. If you still don’t see it, contact us at HERE. We’re here to help!
The Small Print
- Restocking Fees: We cover any supplier restocking fees—no hidden charges for you.
- Damaged Returns: Ensure your returned items are securely packed. We can’t process returns for items damaged during return due to poor packaging.
- Parcel Tracking: For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable postage service or purchasing postage insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
